** Acceptance of terms **

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Flying Hippy for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

By placing an order with FlyingHippy.co.uk you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer

** Delivery Policy **

All orders placed before 3:00pm are despatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class depending on your choice at the checkout.

Our delivery method used is based on the size and weight.

Royal Mail aims to deliver all First Class mail by the next working day, and all Second Class Mail within three working days. Standard Parcels over 2kg they will aim to deliver within three to five days.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

** Returns Policy **

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Goods Returned must contain all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging. Please note if security seal or blister packaging has been opened then the product(s) will not be in its original condition.

We Regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non faulty goods;

products(s) has/have been personalised
product(s) where packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
product(s) does not arrive at flyinghippy.co.uk in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.

How do I return Items ?

Call us on 0845 680 0789 or Email us sales@flyinghippy.co.uk , we will issue you with a Returns Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.

** Down Time **

Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any "down time"

** Links to Other Websites **

We accept no responsibility for web sites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to the website. Your dealings with persons found via the website are between you and such persons and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of such dealings.
