This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer ** Delivery Policy ** All orders placed before 3:00pm are despatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class depending on your choice at the checkout. Our delivery method used is based on the size and weight. Royal Mail aims to deliver all First Class mail by the next working day, and all Second Class Mail within three working days. Standard Parcels over 2kg they will aim to deliver within three to five days. The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. ** Returns Policy ** Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
